Whenever you buy something that is not from the store, there is always a possibility that it is stolen. Buying stolen goods, whether you know it or not, it is still a crime and you will get arrested if you get caught.
If you know that a product you are buying is stolen, then your conscious, if you are not a bad person, will always tell you that this is not a good thing to do and should not do it.
If you do end up buying the product, or in this case the iPod, then you will always feel guilty and will have to look over you shoulder just to make sure that no one is looking into how you bought the iPod or who you bought it from.
