My first instinct is to find out whether the item was stolen or not because to buy an iPod at half the price it is usually found, it raises some suspicion on the means of acquiring the iPod. Then when I would find out the the iPod is stolen then I would decide not to buy it, mainly for the reasons previuosly stated for not buying stolen products. I would mostly feel guilty just negotiation with someone that I know is not honest in his or her business dealings. I don't know if I would report him or her to the police because I rather not get involved but if the police were to question me I would definately explain what happened becaue then I would become an accomplice in the crime.
